1. Introduction

Welcome to Outinfra, a product of OutInfra LLC, incorporated in Wyoming, USA. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, you may not use Outinfra.

2. What Outinfra Does

Outinfra is an automated cold email infrastructure platform. We handle domain provisioning, DNS setup, mailbox creation, warmup, and direct integration with email sequencers like Smartlead and Instantly.

Important: Outinfra is a provisioning and automation layer built on top of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online). We are not an independent email provider. All accounts remain subject to Microsoft's policies, terms, and enforcement actions. Outinfra cannot override or reverse any action taken by Microsoft, including account suspension or domain bans.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of a business entity. By using Outinfra, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know right away at support@outinfra.com.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering and to keep it current.

6. Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts — without prior notice — if we detect misuse, abuse, spam activity, or violations of these Terms. Suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds.

Account suspensions caused by upstream providers (Microsoft, domain registrars, DNS hosts, or email blacklists) are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds or liability claims against Outinfra.

7. Subscription, Billing & Renewals

All subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date through your dashboard.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Outinfra to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Pricing may be adjusted at renewal. We'll notify you of any changes at least 14 days before they take effect.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

9. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• Duplicate billing caused by a system error on our end
• Service not provisioned within 7 business days of confirmed payment

10. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, branding, and content related to Outinfra are the property of OutInfra LLC. You're granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of it.

11. Termination

We may terminate your account immediately if:

• Payment is overdue
• You violate these Terms
• We detect misuse, spam, or abusive behavior

12. Disclaimers

Outinfra is provided as-is. We make no guarantees around deliverability rates, inbox placement, or email performance. These depend on many factors outside our control, including your sending behavior, email content, and Microsoft's systems.

• Account or domain suspension by Microsoft, registrars, or blacklist providers
• Loss of business, revenue, or data
• Deliverability variations due to external factors
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming state or federal courts. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Outinfra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
