Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

We aim to be fully transparent about how billing, cancellations, and refunds work at Outinfra. Please read this before purchasing so there are no surprises.

Refund Policy

This applies to everything on the platform, including:

• Subscriptions (all tiers)
• Mailboxes
• Domains
• Add-ons and services

Exceptions

We will issue a refund in the following situations only:

• Duplicate billing caused by a verified system error on our end
• Service not provisioned within 7 business days of confirmed payment

Even in these cases, all refund decisions are made at Outinfra's sole discretion. Meeting one of the conditions above does not automatically guarantee a refund.

We strongly recommend reviewing your plan, quantities, and selections carefully before completing any purchase.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard.

Here's what happens when you cancel:

• Future billing stops immediately — you won't be charged again
• Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are issued for unused time or remaining balance
• After the billing period ends, your subscription simply doesn't renew

There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancel whenever you need to.

What Happens to Your Data After Cancellation

After your billing period ends, your account will be deactivated. All associated mailboxes, domains, and DNS configurations will be permanently deleted after 15 days. Make sure to export anything you need before then.

Suspensions by Upstream Providers

Because Outinfra runs on top of Microsoft 365 and domain registrars, it's possible for those providers to suspend or disable accounts independently based on their own policies. These events are outside our control. Upstream suspensions do not qualify for refunds.
