1. Introduction
At Outinfra, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It's designed to be clear and honest — no legal maze.
By using Outinfra, you agree to the practices described here.
2. What We Collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Name and email address (when you register)
- Payment and billing details (processed by Stripe — we don't store raw card data)
- Business name and contact information
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Usage data: how you interact with the platform, features you use, actions you take
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system
- Access logs and session data
2.3 Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, understand how the product is used, and improve your experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provision and manage your account, mailboxes, and domains
- To process payments and send billing receipts
- To provide customer support
- To improve our platform based on usage patterns
- To send you product updates and important notices (you can opt out of marketing emails)
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. Who We Share Data With
We don't sell your data. Period. We only share it in these situations:
4.1 Service providers
We work with trusted third-party providers to operate the platform — including Stripe (payments), Microsoft (infrastructure), Supabase (database), and Cloudflare (DNS). These providers only access data necessary to do their job and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
4.2 Legal requirements
We may disclose your data if required by law — for example, in response to a valid court order or regulatory requirement.
4.3 Business transfers
If Outinfra is acquired or merged, your data may transfer as part of that transaction. We'll notify you if this happens.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage, HTTPS, and access controls. That said, no system is 100% secure. If there's ever a confirmed breach, we'll notify affected users as required by law.
6. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal obligations. When you close your account, we delete your data within 15 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@outinfra.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
8. International Data Transfers
Outinfra is based in the USA. If you're accessing from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country. By using Outinfra, you consent to this.
9. Children's Privacy
Outinfra is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have, we'll delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
