Sovereign Architecture.
Your Reputation. Your IP.

Most cold email platforms put you on shared IP pools. outinfra gives every domain its own sovereign infrastructure stack — dedicated IPs, dedicated resources, dedicated reputation.

The Problem with Shared IP Pools

When you send from a shared IP pool, your deliverability depends on the behavior of every other sender on that pool. One spam campaign by another tenant can blacklist the IP for everyone. One account hitting spam traps tanks the pool's reputation. You have zero control.

Most "dedicated IP" claims from email infrastructure providers are actually semi-shared pools — you share an IP range with hundreds of other senders. True isolation requires a dedicated resource at the provider level, not just an IP allocation.

outinfra provisions a separate Azure Communication Services resource per domain. That resource has its own IP, its own identity, its own sending history. When you join outinfra, you're not borrowing an IP — you own the sending resource.

Infrastructure Tiers

Three Tiers. One Platform.

outinfra runs across three infrastructure tiers to ensure continuity, diversification, and maximum deliverability coverage.

T1
Azure ACS
Dedicated Microsoft Enterprise IPs

Primary infrastructure tier. Every provisioned domain gets its own Azure Communication Services resource with a dedicated Microsoft enterprise IP. Highest deliverability trust scores available.

  • Azure Communication Services
  • Dedicated IP per domain
  • Microsoft enterprise IP ranges
  • Signal-based rotation
  • Primary tier for all new domains
T2
Microsoft 365
M365 via Pax8 CSP

Scale tier for high-volume provisioning. Microsoft 365 mailboxes provisioned via Pax8 CSP (Cloud Solution Provider). Used when ACS capacity constraints apply or when M365 native mailboxes are required.

  • Microsoft 365 via Pax8 CSP
  • Shared Microsoft IP ranges
  • Native Outlook mailboxes
  • High-volume capable
  • Fallback for ACS constraints
T3
Google Workspace
GWS via sub-reseller

Provider diversification tier. Google Workspace mailboxes provisioned via a GWS sub-reseller. Used for campaigns that benefit from Google's sender infrastructure or for diversifying across providers.

  • Google Workspace via sub-reseller
  • Google IP sending infrastructure
  • Gmail-native mailboxes
  • Diversification tier
  • Optional add-on for agencies
DNS Layer

Cloudflare — The DNS Control Plane

All DNS management runs through Cloudflare. When a domain is provisioned, outinfra creates a Cloudflare zone, updates nameservers, and sets every required DNS record via the Cloudflare API — with zero manual intervention.

Cloudflare's global Anycast network ensures DNS propagation happens in minutes, not hours. The platform verifies propagation across multiple global resolvers before advancing to the next pipeline stage.
